With more than half of all employed Americans working from home due to the pandemic, businesses of all sizes – from small startups to large corporations – are hiring workers for remote and flexible jobs. And while some companies may have employees returning to the office in the coming year, many are opting for a long-term remote working model.
Given that businesses large and small continue to rely on remote work, the number of work-from-home jobs in the FlexJobs database is increasing. In fact, in July 2020 job postings increased by 20% compared to June.
