People seek part-time work for all sorts of reasons. Some want the freedom and flexibility that part-time work allows. Other people need to balance external responsibilities with work. And sometimes people want to work, but not all the time.
During the pandemic, part-time work also provides a valuable lifeline for people on leave or laid off. A part-time job can help fill employment gaps and provide much-needed income or even benefits during these uncertain times.
Recently, we analyzed part-time job postings from our database and identified companies that frequently post part-time jobs from home. The following company list is based on an analysis of over 50,000 companies in the FlexJobs database.
These companies often post jobs with part-time schedules that are either partially or completely removed. "Part-time" in this analysis means that the jobs require less than 35 hours per week. Click the company name to view more information about the company and to view previous job openings.
