Google Ads and Google Merchant Center have updated their dishonest behavior enabling policy to prevent you from offering products or services to advertisers who monitor with intimate partners. This includes spyware and other technologies that can perform this type of surveillance.
Google said this includes, but is not limited to, spyware / malware that can be used to monitor text, phone calls, or browsing history; GPS trackers that are specifically marketed for spying on or tracking people without their consent; Advertising for surveillance devices (cameras, audio recorders, dash cams, nanny cams) that are marketed with the express purpose of spying. "
This does not apply to private investigation services or products or services that allow parents to track or monitor their minor children.
Violations of this intimate partner monitoring policy will result in immediate account suspension without warning. A warning will be issued at least seven days before your account is suspended. So you have time to make changes before your account is suspended.
This will take effect on August 11, 2020.
