Keep in mind that Google has announced that it will be testing a visual indicator in search results for the upcoming Google Page Experience update soon. Google may be testing this visual indicator or icon or label in search results. It looks like a star in a gray circle.

This display is similar to the AMP icon:
I'm not sure if this indicator is going to make a huge difference in terms of click rate in Google search results. I was expecting something stronger, but it makes sense to keep it subtle so that it looks like the other indicators.
