1. Expand your services
In the past few months, we've seen the results as we've turned our backs on well-defined business restrictions. Social distancing is forcing family-owned small restaurants to challenge fast food moguls by venturing into the take-out area – something they have never had to do before.
Festival organizers and concert hall managers, left with empty fields and seats, organize candlelight concerts for social media streams and virtual dance festivals.
Former management consultancy was turned upside down. While we were previously advised not to expand too quickly, it has become a necessity to expand the capabilities of your business as quickly as possible.
Let's look at some scenarios.
If you have a typing business at home that may offer translation, editing, or text services, for example, it's time to go global. If you write for a niche market, expanding your area of expertise can attract new customers.
