Running a blog is a lot of work.

1. Your relationship with your readers
When you blog, you need to build trust, bonds, and relationships with your readers. They get to know and like you and can't wait to read your next post.

On the other end of the spectrum, some bloggers will do anything for you including editing, polishing, getting photos, and promoting your post to generate traffic. You'll pay a lot more, from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per post, but you'll get a lot more for the money too.
4. Should you hire a ghostwriter?
Ghostwriters write on your behalf and you present the work as your own. The president uses ghostwriters for his speeches; there is nothing wrong with that.
However, it is controversial, especially when it comes to blogging. Some consider it dishonest.
Others feel that there is nothing wrong with hiring someone to help you write and share your knowledge with your audience. There is no rule that says you have to be a slave about writing posts when you absolutely can't stand it, don't have the time, or just don't want to.
Here's another argument: if your writing skills aren't up to snuff, you can potentially hurt your credibility and sales.
People with average writing skills often hire ghostwriters who turn their notes, audio files, thoughts, and outlines into great posts. They use the same knowledge. someone else just writes. Often times, it is the knowledge that is important to your readers, not who is putting it into words.
Ghostwriting might be a great option for you if you don't want to spend time writing, can't write well, aren't seeing the results you want, or need time to develop other areas of your business.
5. What if it doesn't work?
Every time you make a change in your business, there's always the risk that it wasn't the best decision.
Say you hire a writer, work with some guest posters, or opt for a ghostwriter. After a few months, you realize that you are not getting the results you want. Maybe traffic has decreased, or your audience has shifted, or sales have decreased.
Don't freak out. It happens. All you have to do is adapt. Unless you have completely destroyed your business reputation, you can always change your content and blogging strategy.
You can blog yourself again, hire a new author with a different personality, and get a ghostwriter to write more articles for you. whatever works.
