  3. You can only plan individual photos and videos directly on Instagram. To schedule carousel posts or Instagram stories, you need to use notifications.
  4. Auto-posting to Instagram is available for all later plans and can be done from your desktop or mobile app. Note: Free plans cannot schedule videos.
